****IMPORTANT PLEASE READ**** EDIT: DL Link is back up I forgot to mention an important step. After loading the os, a grayish box should appear. At the top is a menu. Click on view, then check enable skin. Now you should be able to use the calculator. Use a TI-84 Plus Silver Edition on your computer! Very simple and easy to do.

Step 1: Double click on the ROM that you previously saved. Step 2: Clcik 'Choose Default Program' Step 3: Click browse and navigate to your yo saved 'Wabbitemu.exe' and select that program. Now, when you want to open you calculator, just double click on the ROM and the program should open.

I'm amazed **that teachers and administrators have not found a way to incorporate modern technology into mathematics education, despite the technology's ubiquity, and as a result still use outdated and somehow still amazingly expensive technology**. I'm also surprised, and a little angry (you could even say **floored**) that we have not found a better way to assess student's relationship with mathematics and technology than to sit them down for an hour and a half and force them to plot quadratic functions on these old calculators.
