Lotus Notes For Mac Sierra Download
My Notes Desktop should work on any Linux, Mac OS X or Windows system where you managed to install and run IBM Lotus Notes. Lotus Notes 6.5 or above is required. We recommend using My Notes Desktop with Lotus Notes 8.5 or above due to better support of IBM Lotus Notes specific features. My Notes Desktop 3.5.0 is published on. Mac users interested in Lotus notes client generally download: Lotus Notes 9.0 Lotus Notes is the premier, integrated desktop client option for accessing e-mail, calendars and applications on IBM Lotus Domino server.
To make a long story short, an enterprise client is moving away from IBM Notes to Exchange in the next few months. They no longer have the ability to download patches for IBM Notes 9.0.1 (specifically Interim Fix 6 for Sierra compatibility) and the older version we have (Interim Fix 4) crashes all the time in Sierra. This is a problem with new MacBook Pro laptops that are arriving. The users (and executives) don't want to use webmail in the next 4 months while they wait for Exchange to roll out in May. So, does anyone have access to this IBM Notes 9.0.1 Interim fix 6 for Mac? IBM only distributes it to the specified admin at the company and this admin no longer has access. I agree with you on all counts.after nearly 20 years of supporting this thing, I'm going to be so happy to move back to Exchange (which they were using in 1998 when they switch to Notes). Thanks so much.
As it turns out, I believe it's Interim Fix 8 that's needed for Sierra compatibility -- it was released in December. --Phil Phil Goodman • Goodman Consulting • Apple Certified Trainer • Apple Certified Technical Coordinator Apple Certified Security & Mobility Specialist • Apple Consultants Network FileMaker Business Alliance • iOS Training and Deployment Specialist President & Founder, Los Angeles Portable User Group () Vilius Sumskas/LNK 24/1/2017, 13:46 น. I have 9.0.1 64-bit installer. That one includes Fix Pack 4, I believe.
The process is to install that full version and add Fix Pack 8. So, I need a stand-alone Notes 9.0.1 64-bit Interim Fix 8. Hope that helps.

Hi, Fix Packs are not the same thing as Interim Fixes.
Interim Fixes are smaller updates on top of release versions, e.g. 9.0.1, or on top of Fix Pack versions, e.g. At least on Windows the newest version at the moment is 9.0.1FP7 Interim Fix 2 (released in December). For 64 bit Mac the newest version I see is 9.0.1 without any Fix Packs but with Interim Fix 8.
Also I see a couple of fixes in the release notes regarding Sierra in Interim Fix 6 and Interim Fix 5. So here it goes IBM Notes 9.0.1 64-bit Mac Interim Fix 8 (which is in fact Standard Hot Fix 766, or SHF766): God, I hate IBM. Please inform me when you are done downloading. -- Vilius From: Phil Goodman To: Date: 2017.01.25 01:10 Subject: Re: IBM Notes 9.0.1 Interim Fix 6 for Sierra Compatibility Sent by: Mac OS X enterprise deployment project Phil Goodman 25/1/2017, 8:24 น. I believe this is *exactly* what I need. This will solve so many problems until the client switches to Exchange in the next few months. I hate IBM Notes, too. I'm going to be so happy when I'll never have to deal with this application again. I love this community.
