Hi, I have a small (two-person) client running QuickBooks 2015 Premier Non-Profit. Their previous administrator kind of made a mess out of things, they're running a D-Link NAS for file storage and syncing it via SugarSync. But that previous administrator apparently has all sorts of personal crap on the NAS, on one of the machines, and up in the SugarSync service. Given how the two people would like to work (from home or from other offices), I was thinking of setting them up w/ Office 365 and using OneDrive for Business to sync personal files and a SharePoint Documents folder (for sharing). This would allow them to work anywhere.

But then they'd need to move to an online version of QuickBooks. So I'm wondering how good a path they have from QuickBooks Premier 2015 Non-Profit edition, to an online version of QuickBooks. They only need a single user, it is basically an administrator and a bookkeeper.

Any thoughts on this? Format my passport for windows and mac. Anything to watch-out for?

Will they not like an online edition, having been using a Windows app? An Intuit article suggested some editions of QuickBooks have a feature to export to an online edition, I didn't look closely at their QB 2015 to see if this is supported. Any feedback would be appreciated, they feel a little shell-shocked from the transition and I'd like to ease their pain a little.
